Oddly enough, I pretty much "wrote" a small part of my will at work. I had to say who would get my money, 401k payments, etc if I were to pass away. I thought it was a morbid question, because I've never seen anything like it before, but i guess it's fair? Or maybe it's just a Massachusetts thing. Dunno.

I said 50% to my dad and 50% to my mom. I have a sister, but she's completely irresponsible with money. She'll just blow it all on random crap, like clothes, jewelry, alcohol, partying, etc, instead of investing it or helping her pay off student loans. Then she'll end up begging people for money like she always does. So no, she's getting none of it.

If my parents were to die, then my disabled iraq veteran cousin would get it. (He was a paratrooper and now has back problems and PTSD.) He needs money for so many things and he struggles everyday. Well, I'd also give some to my other cousin (his brother).

Sorry, sister, but you will just blow all the money while my cousin will continue to barely get by. It's f***ed up for you to be so selfish.
