Thanks Wild Coyote. I’m considering Seroquel (low dose) (again). I find benzos less scary though

I’ve also read how Seroquel tends to become less effective over time?

Obviously I know not to necessarily believe everything I read, and how everyone is very individual in their response to meds etc
