FWIW : I had zero hair loss from Depakote. I did gain some weight; yet, not as much as I have gained on Abilify.
I have a love-hate relationship with Depakote. Sometimes, I will beg for a script, depending on my status at the time. For some reason, I tolerate the Depakote sprinkles better than the other forms.
I have recently read that, in some cases, Lamictal is prescribed at 600 mg/day. You may have read this, too?
