FYI, this happens to me also when clicking on another member's post from THEIR statistics page. I wanted to find "all posts by ______", and it brought up a list of them with previews.
Then, I found the one I want and clicked on it. It took me to the first post in the thread.
Giving up on this now since there's no solution.
