I hope you r able to find someone to talk to. There is a couple sites on the web about hearing voices that help. One is called intervoiceonline.org.

i was sitting on my bed writing in my journal and then saw that my bedroom wa s full of people and they had taken control of a part of my brain, the part that controlled language. I was completely at their mercy. They were literally putting words into my mouth and I was speaking but I had no control over what I was saying
