I found a few slow cooker recipes online. I'm trying this one today:
Acid-reflux-friendly-recipe-crockpot-chicken-barley-stew/ I hope it works out.
A dog would've been nice, but we also have to consider our cat. She's 8 and kind of set in her ways. Still hoping to find a dog eventually though.
