This is the second time I've taken expired meds by mistake. This time around, it was klonopin, even though I really, REALLY didn't want to take Klonopin for my agitation. Now I feel worse knowing that I took expired s***.

It expired 8/29/2018, so... Not too far off. I think I'm fine. About a month ago, I took Ritalin that expired in April 2018 and was fine.

I'm just going to go through my PRN meds and toss the old ones so that this never happens again. I'm a huge idiot.
