It expired 8/29/2018, so... Not too far off. I think I'm fine. About a month ago, I took Ritalin that expired in April 2018 and was fine.

I'm just going to go through my PRN meds and toss the old ones so that this never happens again. I'm a huge idiot.

No need to worry. My pdoc is also a pharmacist and she's told me that meds last for years as long as they are kept in opaque or amber bottles (I assume the same is true for the green bottles a few places use). It's not good to stockpile meds or anything but all meds "expire' a year from when they are filled and that's just an arbitrary thing. You can of course check with your own dr/pharmacist.
