in session today, at the end, my T did something that i will never forget. it was a hard session. she leaned forward and said come here. give me your hands. and we held on. she looked me in the eyes and said, "you will get better. trust me. this is a strong connection we have. trust this. and i do care about you. i do. so trust me. and take good care of yourself." then she told me she was making this box for me, and she is going to put things inside of it. she showed me the box and it had a heart decorated with glitter on it. but oh man, before we were holding hands my eyes were glued to the floor. once she was holding mine, i couldnt take my eyes off of hers. she was so sincere, she looked right at me. I thought i would cry when i left, but i didn't. i'm so content. she comforted me like i always wanted. why can't she do that more often. she's amazing.
