I saw my psychologist today, I had sent her an email a few days ago about how I was feeling. She told me my feelings were valid regardless of what happened and that she thought it would be a good idea to talk about what happened. I automatically just kind of shut down and can't say anything when she asks me about it though, so she suggested I email her.
I haven't had that many sessions with her but I already feel safer around her than some therapists I've seen in the past.
