They don't really have that kind of flexibility for anything short of serious problems, and I'm not having SI or anything that would lead me to be unsafe.

That's the trade off when I decided to use this clinic, they accept my insurance and are very reliable, but don't have the call-in, flexible type arrangements a doc in a private practice might allow. As the message on the answering system says, "if this is an emergency, dial 911 or go to the nearest (psych?) Emergency Room."

Thanks for the suggestion though. I should be ok till the appointment.
