Hm-m-m-m... I've never encountered this. And I couldn't find anything in the FAQ about it. But since you got this notice, I presume it must be the case. I guess I've never tried to post enough replies in one forum to get a message such as this. Hopefully one of the administrators will see this thread & provide an authoritative response.
