Yeah, I mean, Ruby....I know you said you thought he was leaving, but I don’t understand why you thought it was okay to leave as well. You caused the accident..you were at fault. It’s very illegal to leave the scene of an accident that you caused. And if your car had 7K worth of damage then it does not seem like it was just a little fender bender. 7K worth of damage is major.
