There are various parts to this planning. Last will and testament which would include burial or cremation and details for the service, memorial, or party, who is to do the eulogy or remembrance speech/s; medical and/or psych directive, organ donation. You can do these in a simple or detailed way via the laws of yr state. Handwritten unwitnessed wills are legal in my state so I just updated mine and sent copies to h, son and brother. H hates to plan anything but his stock transactions (including medical strategies) so I get to force him and it has been such fun, not. LOL. Thanks for this topic.
