The XR gave me severe depression and suicidal thoughts. The minute I went off it, my mood went back to normal.
I don't have anymore Seroquel instant release. I'd have to ask for some, but it made me so sedated that I was sleeping 14-16 hours a night on that. Plus, I'd probably end up with suicidal thoughts if the dose got high enough. I wasn't even on that high of a dose of Seroquel XR to begin with. At 250mg, it was subtherapuetic, but it gave me severe depression.
