My doctor referred me to an orthopedic surgeon because I have end stage arthritis in my left hip. After not hearing from them, I called and, after 10 minutes waiting to speak to someone, was told that the doctor won't even see me! She's never even met me. I'm so frustrated and angry and paranoid. Apparently, they didn't tell my doctor why they won't see me. Thankfully, my doctor sent a referral request to another practice. At least they said they would last week.
