I have a tenant support worker and he is there to support. Well tonight he picked up the phone not once but 3 times and then ended our conversation by saying well “this concludes our talk, do you have any questions for me?” I thought I should have asked him where do I send my bill for the goods and services you didn’t provide me? And he ended it after talking on the phone for nearly 20mins and 5 mins printing something in the office for me. So I spent 5 mins talking and it’s suppose to be 30min conversation not 5min. Next time I am going to ask someone to call me so I can leave in the middle of it to saying it’s important and take it then not come back.
