Even though you do all the cooking, and their portion size can be unrealistically small, they still charge $8 a serving. There is one meal that had about 1000 calories. I have not run accross it since. Right now I have a 890 calorie meal waiting in my refridgerator for me to make in the futire. The calories for their meals normally go from lets say 600 to 800 calories, but there are exceptions.
