The only thing I do is self harm. I'm alone all the time already since I'm not dating anyone and don't have any roommates in my apartment.
I don't think it helped that my ex bf tried to contact me a bunch of times. I don't know why he's been doing it since we haven't talked in 3+ years, but that only adds to the irritation!
