there is HOPE and HELP out there....but it is very hard to find...
we need to be able to talk with someone about everything
without being drugged or locked up for what we are THINKING and FEELING...
I now know that there is HOPE for us...but we have to find it for ourselves...
you have to be very careful now about who is going to be helpful...
but there is HELP...

I am hurting right now and hope that my friend tomorrow will be helpful..
my friend tends not to judge me...better than a therapist or psychiatrist..
