Funny thing , there were no video Games : ....

There was , black and white T V ,,,about 4 channels . Cartoons were Saturday morning ,, and Walt Disney World on Sunday eves , with popcorn and soda pop .

But find something to do the rest of the week ? I'm just a kid !!!

So make some peanutbutter crackers , put Kool-Aid in a thermos and off on some adventure to see what the day may bring .
I lived away from the city , and only knew the farmlands and woods of the upper mid - west .

So my world went on hikes and found that the mind was entertainment enough .
