Sorry for so many posts lately, but I've been having kind of a crap week. I'm either in a mixed or depressed episode. I can make it through the daytime but 6-9pm hits and I'm a mess. Desiring to self-harm, cry, scream, feel like I just want to escape my own skin.

I thought it might be a medication issue, more specifically the timing thereof. I take 50 mg lemotrigine when I wake. Then, an hour before bed, I take 50 mg. lemotrigine, 900 mg lithium, and 10 mg. valium. Should I take one of these meds slightly earlier to prevent the night time meltdown?
