I'd try to keep it as low as possible. Im glad it helps, but...everyone seems to forget (especially shirnks) that its a Schedule II amphetamine.

have you tried other amphetamines? I don't know your problems or whatever, but some people swear that Dexedrine or Evekeo give better results than Adderall. There's also Desoxyn, but I think most shrinks are reluctant to go that route.
