Hey folks,

We celebrate thanksgiving today in Canada. I made a turkey and stuffing and cranberry sauce from scratch. The only thing pre-made was the mashed potatoes and the cake. My son carved it up. I am so happy I could work up the energy to do this. He really appreciated it. I'm glad I checked the temperature after 2:40 hours because it was already done. Maybe slightly over done. I thought it would be at least 3 hours. It was the smallest turkey I could find but it will last us for many meals.
