You don't trust her! You shouldn't trust her in this situation where she does not have any experience and you do! It's not about trust and you do not owe her an explanation, she cannot understand yet. While she's a minor in your house she needs to learn to do what you say since you are saying it to keep her safe; she has to trust you, not you her, she's got it backwards.
