If I am having low moods, it's going to be there at least for the day or longer, and usually on those nights, I go to bed, and try to watch documentaries to lull me to sleep.
Most other times, especially when my energy is high and I'm feeling 'on top of the world', I love the night. It's a time when I feel free. I guess for me it's the abstract comparison of the weighted anxiety blanket. I like the blanket of the night.
I like candles and lamps too. haha I'm obsessed with creating ambiance with lighting, so the dark is vital for that.
