"I love the idea of being annoyed about being annoyed because it's silly plus that pretty much sums up my reality."
What are my remedies? I feel annoyance and frustration raise my sense of stress but contribute very little. I want to escape the feeling. One way is to organize like mad, put some actions off, delegate what I can, simplify everywhere.
Another is breathe and let it me.
A third is dance to some music.
And when I can I lay down until the feelings go away.
Patience, always patience.
