Find a club of interest to you. A book club is a great idea. You would be welcome just to attend and listen. Any of those I have been to do not pressure everyone to talk. But it would be a great way just to be around people - which is a really good idea for those of us with a mental illness.
So, what about a support group? These too do not require one to talk. Again, this would put you around people only in this case they are akin to yourself.
Art class?
I realise you are looking for on line social support here but I strongly recommend getting out as, self-isolation can be detrimental to our mental health.

Thank you but getting out is not an option for me I have very bad agoraphobia and I cannot be around people I do go and sit outside for a few hours a day other then that no.
