I just got an instant pot. It's a slow cooker, rice cooker, pressure cooker in one. The one I got even makes yogurt haha. If you are looking to buy a crock pot it's something to consider. I got it for a similar reason, to help me make healthier meals with less time and effort, that I can leave to cook while at work.
