If you're on the fence about getting help, I think you should, but make sure the person you're talking to means well for you.
I understand that even if your mental health is improving there can be parts causing you anxiety and depression that it's hard to get at...
Would you happen have a support network of friends who you can be honest about this with?
Can you build some barriers to quell the consequences of your depression so that it doesn't hit you as hard and has less to feed off of?
Have you been or would you be interested in looking around to see if you fit the characteristics of any mental health-affecting diagnosis?
