I get bored easily. I am always looking for things to keep me busy... The problem with boredom is it gives you time and opportunity to create problems in your mind that really aren’t there. I think boredom is a bit destructive. Bored kids get into mischief. Bored puppies chew your stuff up. I guess that’s why people turn to various addictions when they are bored, like you have mentioned.
