I made a post a while back about slot machine therapy
. It really does feel like that, too much of the time over here.
One “therapist” said I’d had anxiety for “too long”.
Another said to someone else they are “too advanced”...
Another therapist said I had “too many defences”
So it’s every 3 months for 15 minutes
But I don’t even get that since I fired the shrink and now I’m allergic to the meds
