I also read a lot about nutrition and vitamins (sometimes to the point it makes me obsessed and a bit neurotic)--but anyway, what I have learned is that, most people are magnesium deficient. Using epsom salt/magnesium sulfate is a wonderful way to absorb this mineral.

Sorry you're going through such a troubling time. I hate those times when crying takes over you, and you just don't know what the hell is happening! The last time that happened to me was a couple months ago. It was terrible, and the next day, my mood was totally fine.
I like lavender the most, but pretty much I have liked all the oils I've tried.
