What essential oils do you love? One of my favorites is, clove oil. Diffusing that is amazing!
Sorry you're going through such a troubling time. I hate those times when crying takes over you, and you just don't know what the hell is happening! The last time that happened to me was a couple months ago. It was terrible, and the next day, my mood was totally fine.

I like lavender the most, but pretty much I have liked all the oils I've tried.
