I don't know if the reason for my not showering is depression or just that I don't make it a priority. I tend to do stuff after work every evening and get home late. Then I just fall into bed. I try to get up early for work, but usually stay in bed until the last minute and then just get dressed and put on some deodorant and perfume. I usually shower on the weekends when I have more time.
My hair is dry and curly, so washing it every day would be damaging. It looks better when it hasn't been washed for a while. Right after washing, it's super frizzy. But I do need to wash my body more, as I tend to smell bad.
