how long it's been since I SH-ed and we talked about how I had SH-ed. She thought the the SH was escalating because of the way I did it, even though the frequency has decreased. Then we talked about my possible hallucination today, she thinks it was a hallucination, and what it may have meant, then she asked a lot about whether I was suicidal...I'm not. And if I was going to be safe tonight. I am.

She told me to work on my artwork. And that I may need a med change. And asked me whether or not I have things in my life which I enjoy. She asked if I had been in contact with my former T. And then it was time to go. Kit.
