Being irritable over nothing is really annoying. Just feels like my head will explode. Fortunately it is better than other months by a tad and I can mostly sit still at my desk at work with just a little fidgeting, it is the drive home where I get stuck in traffic that is painful. Not road rage, just agitation or something and and urge to move. I try taking deep breaths. It helps a tiny bit, but not enough. Exercise is out until my back improves. It's not that I cannot handle some irritability or a bad mood. This past year, I just felt like I trained for the 5k and showed up to find out I was running a marathon haha.
