I had a long day, a bit down.

I did see the T today, and she helped me try to see what's valid versus not anxiety-wise in upcoming school events following the CPS case. She gave me some homework to do on it.

The T is pretty perceptive though. Even though most of my appointment I was talking about best and worst case scenarios, anxiety, and panic attacks, she asked me at the end of the session if I was sad today. I told her yes, why? She said I just looked sad to her.
