does anyone else get this? ...
i struggle to explain it because the feeling is only clear during the seconds when it occurs.
sometimes i get this sudden feeling that is kind of like fear, also confusion, but also a kind of awakening. it's like a sudden realisation that i'm seeing everything out of my eyes, but it suddenly feels all weird - it's not just normal where i'd normally see things and accept without question.

i really struggle to describe it. in a way it feels like a deja vu - got the same transient weirdness about it, and i can't make it happen, and it just happens until it passes. it's got the same dream-like, unreal quality.

i think i've experienced derealisation before, but i don't think this is it; this just happens suddenly like a sneezing attack.
wondering if anyone else experiences this?
