I tried dropping my Geodon and Trintellix because I was just so depressed and desperate. AND my psychiatrist was on vacation for a month so I was on my own.

Well, I saw my psychiatrist last week and she not only had me start my Geodon and Trintellix again but she increased my Geodon. I am now feeling a lot more HUMAN and have actually started showering and brushing my teeth again.

So the message here is to take your meds and call your shrink even if she's on vacation....because the doctor knows more than you do about things when you're buried (I'm buried) in depression.
