I'm glad you're feeling better, too. I know nothing about Trintellix, but can say that stopping Geodon cold turkey could possibly not only worsen mood symptoms or spark mania, but depending on the dose you were on and length of time on Geodon, that could bring on super nasty withdrawal. Geodon was very difficult for me to get off of, even with slow tapering off.
