What does your wife think?
Can she watch you?

Can you call your Pdoc? it's faster then e-mail

Do you have any kids at home?
Are they scared?

Can you make it until tomorrow?
Do you have an IOP/PHP program you can get in tomorrow?

Can you afford it?

All these have to be considered before going IP and evaluated min. by min. Usually if you're thinking you need IP then you need it.
