I have PTSD, generalized anxiety and OCD as well as BP. I differentiate by comparing symptoms to what is going on in my life. If trauma stuff is going on then it is PTSD but if the same symptoms are there without trauma triggering them it is one of the others.
Do you/have you blog(ged) about bipolar?
