Do something in nature. Anything. A few years ago I laid down in the snow, not in snow gear, head and all. I took a selfie and the smile on my face still makes me smile. I've climbed trees, jumped in the river, caught snakes, chased wild turkeys so forth and so on. As a side note turkeys are really fast! Lol.

There is nothing I would prefer over nature.
