I'm prescribed clonazepam, up to 1mg a day as needed. I keep it for emergencies only though. I used to take it a few times a week, then less and less as my panic attacks lessened and my anxiety decreased. Now I've had the same bottle since February cause I've only taken it a handful of times since then. I like having it around just in case but it's not something I'd want to take regularly. It's very helpful though when I do take it and I hope it helps you, just be careful about staying on it long term. Many people's body gets used to it then they require more and more for it to be effective and I heard it's extremely difficult to come off of after long term use like that
