Every time I see these docs they talk about prescribing a statin for my cholesterol, but continue to hold off. I just have to try harder to lower it with diet and exercise. My blood pressure was slightly high 2 of 3 times yesterday, but I think that was White Coat Syndrome.
The good thing is that since my psychiatrist lowered my Seroquel XR a bit last week, I haven't had bad carb/sugar cravings. Actually, I've been having vegetable cravings. Good!

I'm glad things are stable for you healthwise. Hopefully, you can get by without needing statins. If you do get put on a statin, it likely will make your triglycerides sky high, but taking fish oil daily helps with that. That was H's experience and quite a bit of other experiences I read online.
It's nice to crave vegetables I love veggies, well, mostly, I have never loved beets or liked them, and turnips are iffy too. Guess which 2 root vegetables always made well in our garden when I was growing up? Beets & turnips. Every single season.
