I get 5-7 minutes and hurried out the door.

The mental health system is a joke. It's disgusting. My therapist has been trying for months to get me a 30 minute appointment which she would accompany me too. Still waiting. I need help. I want help. I am being pushed aside.
My last med doc left the office. No one told me.

It makes me wanna throw my hands in the air and say f- it. I keep trying for my kids.
