Do you think your wife has Narcissistic Personallty Disorder? Is she maybe a cloaked Narcissist? (Is there such a thing? I can’t be bothered to look it up)

I can’t imagine what some people get out of hating others. Especially random strangers. They are so lacking in insight it’s very sad.
