Hi Jannie are you feeling any better ? I sympathize with your problem I struggle with black and white thinking too sometimes re my therapist. Not as much now as I used too. Sometimes it helps just to concentrate on your feelings rather than your thoughts. Say I am angry or I feel abandoned rather that he should have called etc.
I think it's good that you recognize you are having black and white thinking. Maybe you could consciously make a list of good things he has done and reasons why you like him?
