I know how hard it is to split those small pills into four pieces. I'm sorry the pharmacy screwed up. Is there any way you can get that rectified? Maybe explain what happened to your psychiatrist? Or call the pharmacy to see what they can do to rectify the mistake? Some pharmacies (usually private ones) can do medication compounding.
