Thanks for replying, I think I said something about “wasting” time or space.. which is what the providers tend to .. insinuate.. in this forest, at least that’s the feeling I’ve been left with. I’ve found they train people to ignore the problem and or to feel ashamed for asking for help. But maybe I’ve crossed paths with particularly sub optimal “providers”

My thought upon first reading your post was "hmm, that's an interesting question" and I started thinking about how to respond. I don't think it's a waste of time at all, and you have every right to space because you're just as valuable as everyone else.
And if someone doesn't find the question personally relevant or interesting no one is forcing them to read it and respond.
